Years of Relevant Experience 5 plus years, and 1 to 2 years project management experience.Preferred Education 4 year college degree or equivalent technical studyRole Description The person should have solid, successful experience designing .NET applications. The person will be expected to lead the design effort, work effectively and cooperatively with the portals project manager and the state project manager, and communicate and translate design requirements into coding needs. The individual will be responsible for reviewing code and ensuring that it meets the design specifications. The individual will also be expected to do some coding, since the team is small. The individual should also have some knowledge of networking to be able to support the deployment of the portals to the counties.
