Description QA Lead/Analyst Individuals in Quality Assurance are responsible for establishing and supporting quality standards in the development of systems solutions. These professionals are leaders in developing best practice methodologies for the SDLC and for the testing of new or modified software systems. Individuals in QA also research and recommend automation tools used in project management, applications development and testing. In partnership with Application Development staff, QA professionals will participate in the development and review of life cycle phase deliverables, the recommendation, selection, architecture, installation and training of tools and the planning, creation and execution of testing activities. QA members also have primary responsibility for helping move Client's s/w development processes to a CMM levels 2 or higher. QA have an understanding of applicable programming languages, testing tools, as well as a strong knowledge
