Description
Leads Project Meetings for BNYM internal projects within the Production Services department. Maintain project control documentation containing all pertinent project data. Mentors team in project management disciplines. Promotes team work across all organizations. Prepare the master project plan and detailed project plan, and gets agreement for that plan from the Project Sponsor, Business Owners, and Program Manager. Be the primary point of contact for the Program Manager, Transition Managers and Project Coordinator. Ensure team members know their responsibilities. Track overall project performance. Report project status to management. Attend all project manager status meetings. Communicate issues that cannot be resolved to the Program Manager, identifies impact if not resolved, and recommended action plan.
