Candidate must have strong presentation and leadership skills, followthrough and analytical skills Must be detailoriented with abilities to multitask and to effectively handle changing requirements and priorities Full life cycle methodology including change management processes and ensuring changes are properly tested and migrated to production Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Visio Must have strong interpersonal skills / relationship skills and willingness to present to large groups at all levels of the organization Liaison between business users and technical staff throughout project lifecycle Experienced in leading assessments of current business processes/requirements Develop detailed functional requirement and design documents for web based and reporting solutions Work with project team to document, design and create innovative solutions Must be familiar with technology concepts and terminology Lead/Support Syst
