Description
The Symantec Endpoint Security group is looking for a Principal Software Engineer. The candidate should be an experienced development engineer who has a proven track record in SW implementation, code development, SW debugging and analysis techniques. Works with little or no supervision. Is able to take general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish the desired end result. Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete software components. Anticipates problems and future technical needs and takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed. Completes analysis, development and/or maintenance of highly complex, undefined tasks. Designs, develops and maintains highquality code for highly complex components in a given product.
