Two or more years professional software development experience;One or more years of professional experience in three or more of the following ASP/IIS, ASP.NET, C#, C++/COM, Oracle, HTML, XML, VBScript, JavaScript, MSMQ, SOA, design patterns, UML;Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and business team members;A selfstarter; skilled at managing and prioritizing own workload;Efficient and experienced in troubleshooting application issues;A passion for working collaboratively in a team environment;Experience analyzing technical solutions and contributing to specifications and design;
