7+ years; 4 years .NET, C#, Winforms, ADO.Net, . 5 years of Relational Database, SQL, SQL Language (PL/SQL, TSQL). 3+ years Web Services, NTier, SOA. 5+ years Object Oriented development, principles, and design. 3+ years Automated unit testing (NUnit). 2+ years ObjectRelational Mapping tools. 5+ years Source Control tools. And 2 years Continuous Integration (MS Build, CruiseControl.NET, NAnt, NUnit).
