Description
We are looking for an Actuate Reporting Programmer Analyst who is experienced at developing reports using Actuate and/or Crystal. PL/SQL, Nuance and Nortel IVR experience. Knowledge of database management, MS Access, Excel, HTML, Web Development and other reporting systems. Responsible for gathering requirements, developing and maintaining complex analytical reports and dashboards Provide training, support, and best practices for Adhoc Query users and Report Authors Must present examples of data presentation, reports, dashboard, etc to interviewing managers. Reports project status to Project/Program Manager Will be customer facing role. This is for Actuate Reporting but will consider training for individual with Crystal reports depending on candidate pool.
