Description
These new SWIFTNet E&I messages are in XML format and have very specific processing requirements. To support BNYs participation in this initiative, a new SWIFT gateway needs to be deployed to interface with the CIA application (existing BNY Inquiry application) using storeandforward messagebymessage based communication. The individual should have extensive experience (minimum of 7 years) in developing applications on the UNIX/AIX platform using C language along with JAVA and ORACLE. C++ is a nice plus but NOT required. Experience with developing global payment systems, interfacing with FED/CHIPS/SWIFT or have implemented the IntraNet's MTS solution is a major plus and could command a higher permissible bill rate range.
