Description
This person will interpret business requirements to develop new reporting solutions in both the MicroStrategy Desktop and Web environments. This person should have a strong understanding of data modeling concepts and how they relate to MicroStrategy. This individual will maintain appropriate documentation to track changes to objects. Experience developing with MicroStrategy is essential, including use of Desktop, Narrowcast, Web and Report Services. Responsibilities include Work with Business Clients to understand data requirements, and translating them into technical design documents. Development of new Metrics, Filters, Prompts, Reports and Report Services Documents for delivery to the enduser population. Ensure data accuracy within reports by verifying that proper tables are being used in queries when architecture changes take place. Development of new Narrowcast Reports for delivery to appropriate endusers. Development of supporting Narrowcast objects
