Description
Manage status and metrics reporting at the department level including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Provide support for compliancerelated activities including SOX controls.Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring time, scope, and budget are monitored appropriatelyIdentify project plan risks and issues and provide assistance and guidance to management as these situations arise.35 years of project management experience managing multiple medium to largescale projects in a customer service and/or technology/infrastructure environmentExcellent analytical, organizational leadership, teaming, and interpersonal skillsExpertise in reporting and metricsExpertise in written, verbal communication, and presentation skillsMultitasking Coordinating and/or leading meetingsExperience in strategic planning and executionExperience with MS Project and all MS Office toolsExpertise with automated project management tools to include a thorough understanding of the system
