Description
Coordination of all system management activities including software upgrades, capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning. Research, plan, coordinate and implement webMethods patches and upgrades. Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades and new products, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments. Design and implementation of present and future webMethods topologies. Perform startup, shutdown and maintenance including scripting and some flow code for routine maintenance tasks. Plan and coordinate database backup and recovery for webMethods schemas. Interact with software, network, database, and OS administrators to seamlessly implement solutions to complex technical issues. Mentor and train coworkers. Minimum four years administration experience focusing on webMethods and J2EE technologies. Experience with webMethods 7.0 a plus.
