Description
BIL/PMO Support Maintain the Project Schedule by Phase and tie it to the timeline. Maintain multiple views of the document as required by the team to help plan the work and travel schedule in the short and long term. Print the necessary documents on a periodic basis and keep the updated with the latest information. Support development of process documentation, configuration specification documents, testing and training materials as necessary. Assemble documentation of program milestones achieved for the year and organize into binders Respond daily to requests for applications Provide step by step instruction to new users, as necessary Troubleshoot issues Request and communicate the userids / passwords to the users. Assist in setup and cleaning of tools / applications as necessary Reporting Support development of executive reports as and when required Preparing presentations and developing spreadsheets related to Project governance and planning processes
