Should have 2 to 3 years of ESS and MSS Business Package configuration and consulting expertise with knowledge about portal related Basis activities, plus, 2 to 3 years of SAP PA and OM functional and configuration experience is a must. In general, 5 to 6 years of SAP HCM with Portal experienced consultant should be ideal enough to play the role called SAP HCM Portal Consultant.
