Description
Manage status and metrics reporting at the department level including daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Provide support for compliancerelated activities including SOX controls. Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring time, scope, and budget are monitored appropriately Identify project plan risks and issues and provide assistance and guidance to management as these situations arise. Qualifications Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 35 years of project management experience managing multiple medium to largescale projects in a customer service and/or technology/infrastructure environment Excellent analytical, organizational leadership, teaming, and interpersonal skills Expertise in reporting and metrics
