Demonstrated experience using Windows XP/Microsoft Office/Explorer. Demonstrated experience using Oracle SQL and Oracle utilities Experience with software builds in any capacity Knowledge of the capabilities of the TIERS application, database, portals and U.I. (User Interface).strong Communication, analytical (with qualitative and quantitative content), organizational and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in computer science from a fouryear college or technical school preferred Experience working with minimal direction and accomplish assignments despite competing demands. Oracle SQL and Oracle utilities experience complemented by PL/SQL Developer/TOAD/SQL Developer experience; some UNIX preferred
