Demonstrated ability to create and manage project schedules and effectively track, monitor, and communicate project status Proven track record in identifying and managing issues, risks and dependencies as well as defining and executing mitigation strategies and contingences; Excellent oral and written communications skills Excellent relationship management and mediation skills must have the ability to weigh multiple stakeholder perspectives and drive timely and effective decisionmaking Proven track record in demonstrating the leadership and influencing skills required to assemble and motivate teams with resources who are not direct reports Financial services experience is desired
