Description
This position is required 24x7 support oncall every other week. This is a regular 85 CST shift US domestic time to work jointly with our business partners, customer service, Engineering, Operations, and IT teams. This is an oncall, on demand shift requiring involvement on demand for installs (typically 11p CST) or issues at any time on an varying basis and support of implementations. Average schedule is probably 47 hours with some weeks requiring more or less. On site training is required here in LR and we are looking for only a long time assignment (over 1 year or more commitment from an individual) due to the amount of time to acquire and train an experienced individual to support all aspects of the job. This person must be well spoken and have good written skills able to work with other IT or Eng resources but directly with our business groups.
