Description
Convergys Activation Manager application experience. Knowledge of current wireless products and emerging technologies; wireless provisioning processes; telecommunications knowledge; wireless billing systems experience; wireless technical support / customer service experience; wireless engineering experience; experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues, network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, Corba, etc.), Unix, Oracle SQL, C, C++, Perl, and knowledge of the other application interfaces. Remedy application user experience. Java & HTML Web programming a plus. Experience in wireless service provisioning required (to network devices such as Lucent SDHLR, Lucent Autoplex or Nortel MTX, Glenayre, SS8, Anypath Voicemail platforms, data services)
