Description
IVR Consulting Services needed for Edify Development. This position requires an understanding of call center operations and how these call centers use technology. This person will also be responsible for IVR Production Support activities including, oncall 24/7 pager support on a rotation basis. Experience in Application/System Architecture/Design using VXML, JAVA, JSP, good experience on Edify IVR Platform, IVR application development and providing inputs on IVR call flow design.(experience in healthcare industry preferred. The candidate should also have knowledge in Architecting and implementing end to end IVR solutions utilizing J2EE Distributed Enterprise & Web Applications architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, IT staff and management in responding to call center technology issues as well as participation in strategic planning and project work.
