Description
Sound working knowledge of the SAP R3 Financial processes and strong knowledge of the underlying configuration. Excellent knowledge of FICO covering all areas of configuration in the application areas FIGL, FIAP, FIAR, Treasury and Banking. Very strong knowledge of the Bank interfaces. Ability to follow customer service processes, including ticket resolution tool Peregrine. Good problem solving ability mindset and the ability to unravel complex problems. Ability to learn quickly, absorb new ideas and concepts, and put them into practice. Attitude of 'right first time'. Focus on customer service. Simultaneously manage competing issues through to conclusion in a timely manner.
