Description
Assist with management of CRM development and business process improvement initiatives Work closely with internal customers to understand business strategies and CRM needs Gather, document, and analyze business requirements Develop project plans and assemble project teams Assist with project management, including tracking of milestones and project communications Assist with project implementation, including system configuration and testing Provide backup user support for Siebel OnDemand and reporting systems Assist with vendor management and contracts Assist with creation of ad hoc reports and analytics Monitor and enforce data quality and integrity Understand, maintain, and update system interface requirements Open, monitor, and escalate system issues to Siebel/Oracle
