Description
Must have a firm knowledge of the System Development Methodology, Software Quality Assurance methodology and the ability to understand technical concepts involved with more than one application for a release phase or one large complex application. Must have experience working at CMMI Level 3. Must be innovative, resourceful, and willing to take initiative. Must be an independent thinker, yet still be a teamplayer willing to take and give direction. Must have working experience in software modeling using UML and ER data modeling. Past experience working in a Financial Sector is a plus. Experience as development team member of a largescale systems development is a plus. Handson code development skills. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity in a multinational, multicultural team.
