Description
Responsible for pre and postsales service to customers. Acts as a liaison between the customer and manufacturing, sales, technical support, and financial services. Directs customer calls to the proper location and department. Provides coaching, guidance, and direction to Customer Service I. Recommends departmental improvements to management. Provides service to effectively resolve escalated customer issues. Provide support to management to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the customer. May be responsible for escalated issues. Intermediate customer service role or entry customer service coach/supervisor, general understanding of Dell environment, segment, product/service offerings and client set.
