5+ years IT experience as UNIX Administrator (HPUX 11.x or SUN 8.x/9.x) with large enterprise networked environment, ideally Fortune 500 with 1,000+ nodes. 2 or more projects as a LEAD!Position REQUIRES indepth knowledge of the Sun Solaris 8.x/9.x and/or HPUX 11.x Operating Systems. Demonstrated mastery of the concepts in UNIX. DEMONSTRATED knowledge across infrastructure disciplines and technologies and has a broad understanding of IT standards and methodology's. DEMONSTRATED system integration expertise. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious. Responsible for briefing Sr. Management on topics ranging from risk analysis, financial implications, to crisis management. Leads crossdivisional and crossdepartmental projects. Establishes enterprisewide standards.
