Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with the Home Loan Default Line of Business (LOB) to document and finalize business requirements. The LOB has a documented need which needs to be fully understood and functional requirements created that will be used to build a new system. This Analyst should have excellent communication skills, be adept in facilitating JAD sessions, organized enough to schedule and lead requirement gathering meetings, tactful enough to work with functional business members, detail oriented in documenting business requirements in a way that a technical staff can create technical designs, comfortable in leading a team of junior analysts, and then knowledgeable in creating test scripts to test the software's capability to satisfy the business requirements.
