Description
Experience designing and implementing enterprise network routing architectures using protocols such as OSPF, BGP, RIP and static routes.Solid knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and NAT.Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SNMP and HA protocols such as VRRP, HSRP, NSRPExperience with standard network change management and configuration policies.Indepth knowledge of network monitoring and other network administrative tools.Extensive operational experience with Foundry Cisco and similar commandline administration on routers and switches.Operational experience with security issues and access control mechanisms to prevent unwanted access. Excellent knowledge of firewalls, router ACLs, IPSEC VPNs, RADIUS, TACACS.Experience with physical wiring and cabling for offices and datacenters.Understanding of and experience dealing with telecom and network equipment vendors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
