Description
Responsible for delivering quality customer service to internal customers as the primary contact for processing and fulfilling application and platform access requests. Position will include validating and fulfilling access administration requests across multiple applications and platforms, leveraging multiple tools and systems for execution. Technician will serve as a liaison between clients and other technical groups to resolve access issues.
