Description
Minimum 5 years experience with SAP CRM is a must. Experience with SAP SD is required.Responsibilities The SAP CRM Specialist will be responsible for daytoday design and configuration for the CRM, Sales and Service business process team; develops and maintains configuration documentation. This person will also develop functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, forms and reports. They will help to prepare and execute test scripts and training material with Business Process Owners and obtains their signoff. In addition, the incumbent will provide guidance to Select Comfort functional process owners in the implementation and acceptance of SAP industry best practices and act as an informal mentor for other Select Comfort team members. Lastly, they will leverage prior SAP experience into the design, implementation and support of Select Comforts new CRM, Sales and Service business processes.
