Should have a minimum of 5 years recent online help authoring experience. Write, rewrite, and edit instructions for use; operators, service and reference manuals; to communicate clearly and effectively to customers using Medtronic software products Acquire subject knowledge by interviewing product engineers, regulatory, quality, marketing personnel, and other Technical Communications staff Coordinate preparation of technical documents as well as illustrative materials and labels by coordinating the layout and design with graphic designer, desktop publisher, or other team members Follow standard guidelines and documented procedures for Master branding, technical labeling, and regulatory requirements in the creation of technical documents Plan, schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives Coordinate the review and sign off of technical documents for a product team Conduct quality review of materials Maintain necessary records for project tracking and lega
