Description
Works EDI Error queues and resolves issues. This involves entering JDE transactions. Works Helpdesk queues and resolves issues. This could involve discussions with the end users and possibly entering JDE transactions to resolve the problems. Supply reporting for end users as requested using World Writers and possible Work Queries. Help administer JDE Security for users. Help complete recertification of user security. Provide communications with Cardinal Healthcare when issues arise. Carries beeper 24 hours. After hours beeps are for emergencies only. Very little project work at this point, this will change with the new ERP project. 7 Plus years of post academic IT experience with min 5 years JDE experience Our current production environment is Ver 7.3 cum 8 World Vision. Selected consultant will have extensive knowledge of JDE business knowledge in Sales Order and Logistics. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
