Description
The position will assist the McCarthy Operations team in the implementation of applications related to Construction Field Operations. Some of the tasks will include Core setup, interface configuration, workflow documentation, requirement definition, and fit/gap analysis for companyProvide enduser support and training for core Oracle Operation systems and custom Engineering & Construction extensions Facilitate toberequirement workshops to define business processesAct as liaison to other Oracle Application teams and be a focal point for crossapplication integration issuesCoordinate crossfunctional data needs between the HR, Financial, and Operations teamsReview employeeuser responsibilities, menu structures, security profilesIdentify system deficiencies and recommend corrective procedures and solutionsDefine, develop, and implement organizational hierarchies, security profiles, security report groups, and responsibilitiesTrain Operations employees on core Oracle
