Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze application requirements2. Design database solutions to satisfy application (business and technical) requirements3. Implement database solutions using available database development tools4. Provide first level operational support for development and production database systems5. Provide written status reports to management regarding project status, task, and issues/risksQualification Requirements1. Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience2. Over all 10 years of IT with Min 8 years working experience in Oracle3. Strong in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, shell scripting4. Strong in database performance tuning 5. Strong in relational database design, data warehousing and database administration
