Complete knowledge of the ATG Scenario/Personalization Engine including how to write scenarios Data driven to be able to apply web measurement tools to evaluate results and drive change Understanding of heuristic user experience principles Ability to manage dynamic web content, leveraging the interaction of database and display layer Experience working with marketing organizations to drive customer focused technology decisions Passion for the web
