Strong project management skills, coordinating a the collection of information leading to monthly reporting of IT service costs Experience managing issues and risks Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and influence senior members within the IT and Finance organizations Strong analytical skills with experience creating and representing IT (Information Technology) costs by application and by service within a large shared services organization Experience with ITIL v3.0 IT Financial Management or similar experience managing the financial reporting of IT services Experience working with or within a large IT organization with an understanding of the various services typically provided Proficient with all aspects of MS Excel to include pivot tables, interfacing with MS Access, etc. Minimum of 7 years of experience working within a Finance or IT organization with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
