Description
Under direct supervision, creates and modifies access for software, databasesand systems. Triages access problems, ensures that setup related issues are resolved in a timely manner and works with other IS groups to ensure that other types of access problems are coordinated. Grants access to new applications andprovides limited training to other group members.Reviews and processes online requests by administering access for LAN accounts,VMS, Tru 64, HP, RedHat, AIX, and Sun host systems; Ingres and Oracle databases;corporate and third party applications. Configures applications, security groups, environments and user access. Assists in the implementation, interpretation, communication and monitoring of information technology security policies and procedures.
