Description
Drives programs from initiation through delivery in a matrixed environment. The program manager is responsible for ensuring overall program success, and stakeholder satisfaction. Manages the activities of teams that consist of representatives from groups such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Information Technology. Effectively partners with key staff to ensure that business and program objectives are understood, measurable, supported and that program success criteria are met.Follows PMLC best practices in managing the development of project deliverables, including process design documents, functional/technical requirements, design documents, and support plans. Prepares and monitors project plans, including schedules and budgets.
