Phase I Upgrade to 8.12 and move to hosting Company Applications GL, AP, Purchasing (legacy modules related to manufacturing are included for historical purposes only)Phase II HR and Employee Reporting Activities Implement HR (No Payroll) to support the following PTO Reporting On Call Timesheets Hourly Time Sheets Expense Reporting Purchase Requistion Workflow Project Time Sheets (Future module implementation)Phase III Lead to Cash (CRM) This includes lead and opportunity management to Ordering products and maintaining service contracts. Service Contract Renewal and deferred revenue processing. Although this sounds daunting we have no orders as of yet and this is primarily a setup activity based upon our business requirements.
