Description
ALLTEL needs a senior network architect with a proven understanding of CVP (Cisco Voice Portal). CVP is a component of Cisco's ICM product This person will be responsible analyzing, designing, testing and evaluating their entire ICM platform (4.5 to 7.2.1) across 12 call centers with over 4000 agents. Alltel is planning on upgrading from CVP 3x to CVP 4x. Looking for someone with senior level experience that can help plan for, implement and support the upgrade as well.
