2+ years professional experience in HTML 4.0/ XHTML 2.0 2+ years professional experience in JavaScript1+ years in developing frontend code for database driven commercial Web sitesDemonstrated proficiency in graphics production and optimization for the Web using Adobe Photoshop and Image Ready Sound problem solving, technical troubleshooting, negotiating, and decisionmaking skills are crucialAbility to multitask, works well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to work efficiently in a multiuser development environmentKnowledge of standardsbased design and markupKnowledge and use of bug control systemsKnowledge and use of version control systemsExperience developing in a serverside scripting/programming language a plus (VBScript/ASP, ASP.Net/C#, PHP or Perl)Experience developing in Flash and ActionScript a plus
