Portal, .NET and Healthcare experience nice to have. Extensive understanding of project management and system development lifecycles. Experience managing data migration project staffed with client and contractor personnel. Experience with Healthcare and Facets implementations. Work in tightly compressed timeframe and support multiple owners. Bring best practices from other project experiences to lead team to success. Participate actively in project design, build, and test efforts to ensure scope, approach, and results are executed efficiently. Bring technical and business perspectives to team to facilitate effective decision making. Build highly efficient team, maintain morale, and effectively deal with project issues. Organization, communication, MS Project, Workbench/Clarity a plus, MS Office.
