Description
Description of Deliverables The Scheduling Unit is developing systems that facilitate appointment making among patients, doctors, resources, and calendars while accounting for preferences, prerequisites, and availabilities. With several major components complete and now in production, you would join our team to help support this existing software, improve product reliability, and collaborate on any backwardscompatible required enhancements. You will use Websphere, Java, JSP, ColdFusion, C++, SQL, and other technologies. This software and its environment are very complex. Your focus will be to respond to operational or maintenance issues and ensure the product remains stable and reliable. Participation in a 24x7 OnCall rotation is required. Additional tasks include helping develop best maintenance practices, change management, and other duties as assigned. Resume should illustrate examples of strong problem solving and support skills.
