Description
UMTS network design using Asset and Radioplan. Optimization experience in Ericsson and Nokia UMTS networks. Thorough understanding of UMTS KPIs, both statistical and drive test based.Design experience with Asset and/or Radioplan. Knowledge of Ericsson GSM cell site configuration. Knowledge of Ericsson and/or Nokia UMTS Node B configuration. Experience monitoring KPIs from statistical counters as well as drive test data. Knowledge of model tuning and propagation principles. Knowledge of RF design in a CDMA environment.
