Description
The ETL lead guides and mentors the ETL Developers and is responsible for the design, documentation, quality and management of ETL processes. The lead works closely with the Portfolio PM and the client.Responsibilities Create ETL Design Ensure high quality ETL development work via standards, guidelines, quality assurance reviews and testing. Estimate the time and resource requirements of ETL development work. Follow the progress of ETL development and how it meets estimate and actual timelines. Raise critical technical issues to key stakeholders in a timely manner where they would impact on the project timeline. Mentor, train and develop less experienced ETL Developers Define and deliver consistent ETL standards, methodologies, guidelines & techniques. Ensure compliance to standards through code walkthroughs and metadata reports.
