Description
The senior project manager (SrPM) will serve as the program manager for the multiproject business and information technology Enterprise Learning System (ELS) project, The ELS is a high priority, high visibility activity with an aggressive timeline. The project entails multiple dependencies and will use agile development techniques. The SrPM will serve as a leader for and as a resource and mentor in support of three project managers and a project assistant to establish and execute overall project management processes, templates and tools including coordinating project interdependencies, schedule, budget and risks. The SrPM will be responsible for overall project metrics and status reporting. The SrPM will also coordinate and participate in project reviews and discover and plan for improvements to reduce project risks.
