7 plus years of RPG project development ranging over RPG, ILE, DB2, CLP over 5 years of which should be development of projects using a SDLC methodologyMajority of development experience should be in major modifications or creation of inhouse software systems, rather than integration/interfacing or customization of enduser vendor software packages.Fundamental understanding of SQL to the extent of designing and creating tables and indexes.Understanding of RPG ILE concepts including limited use and exposureAbility to analyze a problem or task and develop a sequence of steps to generate a solutionAbility to communicate clearly
