Business Analyst with strong background in Data Analytics along with Oracle experience; I need some with both of these key skills. This is for a long term contract at RL Polk in Southfield, MI. I need very strong Data Analytics with Oracle. It requires strong analytical skills, a lot of initiative to read through documents and work with SMEs, and good communication skills. The scope is large and we need a top down approach. We need somebody that can work top down and bottom up approach and has experience with medium to large size projects. The project is about processing data, not UIs
