Description
Candidate will be responsible for day to day maintenance and administration of the Integrated Research Information System (MIRIS) and Research Services Information System (ReSIS) applications. The candidate will be responsible for responding to miscellaneous user requests. These requests primarily consist of setting up permissions and creating adhoc reports. The candidate will be expected to have working knowledge of relational databases and to be able to write efficient Sybase and MSSQL queries for reporting purposes. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring various scheduled cold fusion and MIRIS application scheduled jobs and addressing any failures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
