Thorough knowledge of standard development life cycle methodologies such as CMM and agile methodologies such as SCRUM Experience in development and deployment of high volume consumer portals at multiple sitesStrong experience with portal themes, content and widget development/deployment technologiesNeed experience in portal integration technologies with third parties such as Google. Back ground in federation and identity management technologies such as SAML/LDAP preferred. Experience in programming in Portlets (JSR 168 & WSRP) ,Java, JSP, EJB, servlets, C/C++, XML, Shellscripting, Tuxedo, Websphere/Weblogic , SQL, Oracle
