Need Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for working across the Technology delivery lifecycle including inception, testing, release/release management and warranty period support for the multiple projects.



Responsible for end-to-end delivery, to carry out project development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these projects according to demand. Will liaison with other regional engineers, architects and infrastructure teams. Create technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure requirements are delivered.

Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change."

Responsibilities

• Operational Effectiveness & Control:
• • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls and be ready to support one-off requests.
• • Management of operational risk.
• • Participate/Create/Support implementation plans and supporting multiple weekend releases, raising production change orders and managing delivery of.
• Typical Targets and Measures:
• • Understand the various phases of software release management (includes test management oversight, identify bugs and working with respective parties to resolve and provide workarounds/resolutions.
• • Carry out root cause analysis for product or test issues.
• • Exposure to developing/debugging C++ and Java, SQL and UNIX code.
• • Participate and contribute in implementing automations/new production support concepts resulting from release management in the team as part of the standard Quarterly release strategy.
• • Continuous awareness and contribution towards technology / application.
• • Contribute to knowledge repository
• • Provide best practices across the SDLC and prescribed tool-sets used to optimize work efforts (i.e. CI/CD pipeline and test automation)
• • Communicate with the relevant project teams regarding resolving technical / application issues related to delivery of programs/projects.
• • Use tools and automation opportunities to increase productivity
• • Should be excellent team member and build strong relationships.
• • Lead by example.
• • Understand program/project demand will require supplying weekend support.
• • Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy.
• • Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.
• • Flexibility to support delivery in line with global partners, which at time will require working outside regular work hours.

• Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
• Must have skill sets:
• • Should have Strong analytical and Should have good communication skills.
• • Strong understanding of technology layers in application landscape, storage, OS, network, database, application.
• • Systematic problem-solving approach.
• • Technical support experience with Software and Production Release Management.
• Good to have skill sets:
• • Good or basic knowledge of Payments domain.
• • Troubleshooting/debugging C++ and Java code, SQL and Stored Procedures.
• • Understanding of Unix and Shell scripting, and Control-M.
• • Enterprise Agility and Agile Ways of Working.
